2013 Corvette 427 Convertible sells for $700k at Barrett-Jackson Auction to raise money to fight Hunger

NEW CANAAN, CT and SCOTTSDALE, AZ

Talk about a successful fundraiser!  The first 2013 Corvette 427 Convertible offered to the public was sold on January 21, 2012 at the Barrett-Jackson Scottsdale collector car auction for $600,000 with an additional $100,000 donation. All $700,000 of the proceeds go to the AARP Foundation’s Drive to End Hunger initiative.
