Very disappointed with Carl Chevrolet went on the GM app and requested an oil change and tire rotation for my appointment at 10 AM this morning spoke to the service advisor and told him tire rotation and oil change he he said OK. I signed the paperwork and went and sat down in the waiting room when I was done I paid for my service. The gentleman told me we did a tire rotation on multi point inspection and an oil change when I went outside my tire rotation was not done. I was told oh you have eight lugs instead of six so it’s gonna be $40 extra extra for the rotation that was not told to me Before my van went in for service and the fact that you’re charging $40 to remove two extra lugs is completely ridiculous. I will never ever go back to Carl Chevrolet for service.

The service staff is consistently pleasant and knowledgeable. They also went above and beyond when there was more work than anticipated and therefore it took longer than I planned. They drove me home and then came to pick me up when the job was done.

Great experience all around. I had issues with my Van exhaust system unfortunately my warranty had expired just prior. They were kind enough to help by getting it approved through warranty. Turn around was a breeze, service advisor Alberto kept me informed all through the process. Great customer service. All around just a great dealership and pleasant experience. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future. Highly recommend

Gary was very helpful and even connected my phone to the car’s Bluetooth when I picked it up. Most importantly, the used car I bought was in great condition. Great experience overall!

Great service. They took my car in quickly to diagnose an issue and repaired quickly. As always Alberto kept me updated on the problem and progress. Karl Chevrolet is just well run and I simply appreciate good service.

I almost never write reviews, but the experience with Karl Chevrolet was so outstanding that I felt compelled write this. The dealership felt like a mom and pop shop as opposed to a big corporate Chevy dealer. This was the third dealership we visited with the intention of just going in and "shopping" and ended up buying a Chevy Equinox EV right then. They had exacted the car we wanted on the lot. Nick, our salesman, although only there for 3 months, knew vastly more about the car then the other 2 dealers. Nick, Leo Karl III (the owner) and Sylvester (the finance manager) breezed us through the purchase without holding us hostage as some dealership experiences we've had. When we picked up the car 2 days later, everything was in order and Leo and Nick sat in the car with us for 2+ hours going over the electronics and other details. By far, this was our best experience buying a car and we've bought a lot of cars!!!

The best customer service. My salesperson Wally is a great person to deal with. It was between this dealership and another dealership in New York. The dealership in New York had worse customer service 😑. When I returned to Karl Chevy, the salesman Wally made the transaction easy. By the time I returned to pick up the Chevy Trax, he had all the paperwork ready with the car cleaned, full tank of gas, and fully serviced. Wow!! Best experience.

My husband and I have been looking for a full size SUV for a long time and although we have not bought anything yet our experience with Wally has surpassed every other dealer (and there has been quite a few) by far. He is not pushy, very knowledgeable, and very informative. We are happy to be working with him, esp given our past experiences.

I just had a 5 ⭐️ experience with the folks at Karl Chevrolet. The sales associate who helped me, Gary was a true professional in all respects. He was patient and helpful, never using pressure to make the sale. His colleague, Sylvester was also very professional and likable. He gave me a fair price on my trade in. Overall, I am highly satisfied with my new Silverado and wish to express my appreciation to both Gary and Sylvester! A1 experience!

Steve was incredibly helpful! We got exactly what we wanted in quick time and went through various financing options. The team was super helpful understanding my new car's features and very supportive. Will definitely be coming back when our lease is up!

This is the place to buy a chevy in fairfield county!! I live in fairfield and it was worth the 25 min drive to be treated like a customer! I also must say that everything was ready when I arrived. A place that wont turn away your business purchase your next chevy here!!!!

I am quite satisfied with my purchase experience from Karl Chevrolet. Everyone there was both friendly and professional. Dealing directly with the President of the company as my salesperson was far superior to experiences at other dealerships where they always had to “talk to my manager.” There was a mix-up with the plates from my trade, but it was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. I am thrilled that my Silverado is exactly the truck I was looking for. “Zelda” is so beautiful and tows like a dream!
