Recently I've been asked "What KARL Chevrolet done to help its customers through some difficult times lately?". My answer is simple: "Plenty." Actually we've been looking at any way we can help our customers save money. And based on the feedback I've received, and the results of our business, our customers truly appreciate our efforts.
Let me share a few of the ways:
- Our Service Department, under the leadership of Service Director Jay Bradley, has lowered pricing on most maintenance services to help our customers keep their vehicle in top condition. Examples include our current Goodwrench Service Special - for just $39.95 you get a complete chassis lubrication, oil & filter change, tire rotation and vehicle inspection - all by our factory trained and certified technicians.
- We've continued to invest in the latest technology to help our customers reduce vehicle operating expense whenever possible. New services such as our Nitrogen Tire Inflation Service help our customers achieve better fuel economy, longer tire life, better vehicle braking and improved vehicle safety.
- We've expanded our GM Certified Vehicle Inventory in an effort to bring more affordable solutions to our customers.
- We've added Cadillac Certified Pre-Owned Vehicles to our product offerings, bringing affordable luxury to our customers along with the convenience of local service - both maintenance and warranty - through our world-class service department.
- We've built many new relationships with a variety of Banks, Lenders and Credit Unions to bring affordable financing solutions to our customers.
- Our Service Department has committed to meet or beat any price on comparable tires - giving our customers the assurance that they will NOT pay more - and that they can get all their maintenance needs, including tires, with the convenience of our local service.
- And as always, our team of Sales Consultants is constantly working on our customer's behalf to ensure they take advantage of any and all manufacturer incentives to lower the cost of a new vehicle.
So now you know: KARL has been busy working to continue delivering both exceptional service and exceptional value, just as we have since 1927!
